Refunds will be offered on orders canceled no less than 24hrs prior to arranged delivery date. A $15.00 handling fee will apply and the balance of your original payment will be credited back to the original source of payment. Orders canceled with less than 24hrs notice will attract a $15.00 handling charge and the balance of any payment will be treated as a credit note to be used for future purchases. Orders that have already been made and have left our premises can not be canceled or refunded.


We offer Free same day delivery for all Flower orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday and 12pm on Saturdays. Any orders received after these times can not be guaranteed for same day delivery, if you have special circumstances please advise us and we will do our best to get your order delivered within the required timeframe.

Local orders to Essendon area and close neighboring suburbs can generally be accepted later and delivered the same day. Please note should our first attempt to deliver your order fail due to access not being available or an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of $15.00 may be payable.

We make every possible effort to gain access to security buildings or to properties with security gates, however sometimes, if the recipient is not available at the premises it is impossible to deliver your order under such circumstances. Please try to obtain a time when the recipient is likely to be available at the delivery address and advise us of that time when placing your order.

In most cases, if the recipient is not home we will place the delivery at their door, but only if it is considered safe to do so at the time.

If placing an order for delivery to a patient or employee of a hospital (Public or Private) please provide all neccessary information, this includes patient / recipients full name, hospital name and address and ward name and / or floor number. It is advisable to obtain a time and date that the patient is due to be discharged.

In the interests of providing the best customer service we endevour to verify all delivery details provided to us with the applicable hospital prior to despatching an order, in particularly busy times this is not always possible and if the delivery details provided to us were incorrect then the order may be returned to us as 'Undeliverable', if this occurs we may be charged a redirection or return fee (especially if we have had to engage a registered courier).

If the delivery details provided to us were incorrect then we have no alternative and have to recover any additional fee from our customer, we only pass on the charges that have been applied to us however we do not like to be facing such circumstances especially when we have not created them and if at all possible would prefer to avoid being placed in such an uncomfortable situation.

Nobody likes to pay extra charges and we do not like applying them so please be sure to confirm delivery details prior to ordering or at the very least please advise us that you have not confirmed the details so we can if possible before we send your order out.

If we make an error that is responsible for an item not being delivered we will advise our customer as soon as we become aware and advise what action we will take to rectify the situation. Of course no fee will apply for re-delivery.

Product availability

All images used on our website of flower arrangements are the property of Wild Rose Florist. The arrangements displayed in most cases are designed and created by Wild Rose Florist. When you order from us you know that what you see and order is what will be delivered. However, there are times due to seasonal variations or climate abnormalities that some flowers are not available, should such a situation arise, we will substitute flowers where necessary to achieve similar colors and shape to maintain the design of the arrangement that has been selected. In any case, we will always honor the full value of your purchase. In situations where a specific bunch of flowers has been ordered, such as Roses, if they are not available for any reason, we will contact you as soon as we become aware and offer a suitable alternative, we will not use a substitute under those circumstances with out your consent.


Wild Rose Florist is permitted to supply alcohol with flower and gift orders. Please note that under law, we are not permitted to supply alcohol and we will not supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18. These restrictions apply to both purchasing and delivering. ie, we will not deliver an order containing alcohol to a person under 18 yrs of age. Please note that any alcohol included in a flower or gift order, must not exceed 50% of the overall value of the packaged flowers or gifts.


All prices displayed on wildroseflorist.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD)


Under GST laws our products and services attract a goods and services tax of 10%. All advertised prices include GST.

At Wild Rose Florist we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Please remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to both the indoor and external environments. In the warmer months blooms are particularly susceptible.

With over 25 years of experience, Wild Rose Florist ensures only the freshest and highest quality flowers are secured from reputible suppliers. Wild Rose Florist purchases only premium grade flowers from their wholesalers.

The most crucial period for flowers is in the first 24 hours, this period affects the longevity of your flowers as they absorb half the water they require to survive during this time. This is why we send most of our designs out in water.

Care instructions are included with every Wild Rose Florist design. To increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers, these instructions must be followed.

Warranties and Guarantees

Wild Rose Guarantees that all floral products are fresh daily and of premium quality. We have an extremely good reputation for supplying “Quality products that last” however, when dealing with live products, accidents can happen. If any product is delivered in poor condition or deemed faulty, a full replacement will be offered and delivered at our cost. Recipient must notify Wild Rose Florist within 24hrs of delivery. Replacement will not be offered on flowers where they have been placed inappropriately or the flower care instructions provided by us have not been followed. Any items to be replaced must be retained for return to our appropriate grower.

Charges may be incurred for re-delivery. You will be notified of any additional charges. Clients may come into our store at 35 Rose Street Essendon, Victoria 3040 and collect their arrangement/order at no extra charge.

Tips for ensuring a successful delivery
Please ensure:

- you place your order before the cut off time for same day delivery.
- you have provided all contact phone numbers for yourself and the recipient in case of any problems.
- you have ordered early to ensure the time and date of delivery can be met.
- all fields are filled in correctly and you have double-checked both your credit card number and expiry date
- you have provided the correct delivery address


Any party or individual who engages in illegal or fraudulent activities through this website will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will be dealt with both Civilly and criminally to the full extent of Australian Law. It is illegal to place an order under a false name using an illegally obtained credit card or a credit card without the consent of the credit card owner. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order or have been involved in fraudulent activity with relation to this website will be prosecuted.
