All the floral arrangements displayed on our website are designed and created by our fully qualified staff. When you place an order through Wild Rose Florist, you can be certain that your order is made fresh on the day, using premium quality flowers and then delivered by our specialised couriers according to your instructions.

Is your online payment system secure?
YES, our online payment system is very secure and we have GeoTrust Rapid SSL which secures our website and encrypts all personal and financial information entered on our website at any given time.
we use SecurePay to process online payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. We also use PayPal for customers who wish to pay using their PayPal account. SecurePay and PayPal are considered two of the most secure online systems in the world.
We do not collect or have access to your credit card details, or PayPal account details. We are notified by our website as soon as you place your order and then notified by PayPal as soon as your payment has been successful.

Do I have to pay online?
No, we offer online payment as a convenience for those that prefer to use it, our customers are more than welcome to pay over the phone at time of order. You are welcome to call us anytime during our normal trading hours or you may email us with your contact details and we are happy to call you to arrange your order and payment.
What are the delivery areas and costs?
Wild Rose Florist delivers to all suburbs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, including hospitals, homes and workplaces. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all flower arrangements, flower bouquets, rose bouquets and arrangements as well as funeral and sympathy flowers. We charge a low flat rate delivery fee of $12.00 on non floral products however that fee is removed when any of those products are purchased with flowers, so it is very easy to have the items you want all delivered FREE, you will see "shipping" added if applicable in checkout.
Order deliveries can be arranged and delivered during our opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8.30am to 3pm or place your order online - Free Same Day Delivery is available for no extra cost if you place your order before 2pm. Deliveries to Essendon can be accepted up until 4pm for Free Same Day Delivery Monday To Friday and 2pm Saturday.
What are your guarantees/warranty?
Wild Rose Guarantees that all floral products are fresh daily and of premium quality. If any product is delivered in poor condition or deemed faulty, a full replacement will be offered and delivered at our cost. Recipient must notify Wild Rose Florist within 24hrs of delivery. Replacement will not be offered on flowers where they have been placed inappropriately or the flower care instructions provided by us have not been followed. Our Product Guarantee can be seen here
What is your return and refunds policy?
Refunds will be offered on orders cancelled no less than 24hrs prior to arranged delivery date. Orders cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will attract a $10.00 handling charge and the balance of any payment will be treated as a credit note to be used for future purchases. Orders that have already been made and have left our premises can not be cancelled or refunded.
What are your trading hours
We are open six days a week. Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 7.00 pm. Saturday 8.30 am to 3.00 pm. We are closed on Sundays (Excluding Mothers Day) and Public holidays.
Can I order from outside of Australia?
Yes, Wild Rose Florist is happy to take orders from International customers.

- We can even send you a photo of the flowers or gift you have ordered so you know exactly what was delivered.
What is the best way to care for my flowers?
To assist your flowers to arrive in peak condition, all of our arrangements go out with flower care cards attached, they are all wet packed to maintain freshness during transit. Further care instructions include
- Boxed Flower Arrangements: Remove cellophane wrap so the flowers can breathe, be sure to check the water bowl is full, if not, top up as required. Continue to top the water bowl up every couple of days. Placement is important in assisting "Cut Flowers" to achieve their full lifespan. Try to select a naturally cool place with filtered light to display your flowers.
- Bouquets: Remove the cellophane wrap to allow flowers to breathe, fill appropriate sized vase with water and add the contents of the "complimentary" flower food packet that was attached to the wrapping of your bouquet. Top up vase water as required, totally change vase water every three days. Placement is important in assisting "Cut Flowers" to achieve their full lifespan.
Do you do silk flower arrangements as well?
No - we do not stock silk flowers
Do you deliver or post to any other states in Australia?
Yes, we can organise flowerl arrangements and bouquets to most countries through our Direct2Florist network, Direct2florist is the only network we will use as it offers our customers the absolute best value for money when sending orders interstate or across the globe, we can arrange delivery of flowers to most locations in Australia and over seas. Contact us directly on 03-9337-4830 or via our Contact Us page to arrange for interstate or overseas deliveries.
If it is a gift other than flowers you would like delivered we can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Shipping charges will apply.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can arrange to have flowers delivered to most countries through our Direct2Florist network.
How does your ordering system work?
- With fresh flowers delivered locally, orders can be placed online and paid for at the time or orders can be phoned through and paid for over the phone.
- If you would like to pick your order up from our store at 35 Rose Street Essendon, Victoria Australia 3040 you may place your order online and pay at the time and leave us a note in special instructions that the order is for pick up, don't forget to give us an approximate time so we can have your order ready for you on arrival.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Your order will be delivered the day you requested, provided orders are placed before dispatch time.
We will notify you ASAP of any delays or if there are any circumstances concerning your deliver.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once your online order has been placed you will receive a confirmation receipt via email
Can you email me a picture of the bouquet or arrangement so I can see what it looked like?
If you have ordered a product off our website the product shown in the image displayed is what will be sent. Sometimes there will be minor variations in the colour of flowers or we may need to substitute a particular flower type due to seasonal variations that can occur due to weather etc but we will advise you where possible of significant variations, however you will always receive the full value of your original order.
Are samples available?
Samples are available as long as the flowers required are in season at the time, if they are not available often a substitute flower can be used to demonstrate the style, charges do apply to cover costs of providing samples. Images may be available on our website which can provide an accurate example of a particular flower in a lot of cases. .

Can you do arrangements for large events?
Wild Rose Florist can supply table arrangements, small to large vase arrangements for events, weddings or receptions. Gifts for speakers and guests at your conference or special event, for dinners, meetings and other private and corporate functions. Orders need to be placed well before the event to ensure the products are available. We can do:
- Special theme coloured arrangements and boxes
- Arrangements in small or large glass vases
- 'Welcome' floral displayss for hotel rooms or gifts at arrival for dinners and events.
- Gifts for speakers - bouquets, wine, and other items as required
Contact us as soon as possible to arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements.
What happens if I change my mind?
You must advise us as quickly as possible. Special orders for functions, receptions and events require a 50% deposit as we are generally required to place special orders with our growers or suppliers to cater for your event. If you wish to cancel you must allow no less than 72 hours prior to your arranged delivery date otherwise your deposit may not be refundable, this depends on the ability to cancel any special orders placed to cater for your event and avoiding cancellation fees from the supplier.
If there is a minor alteration to your order we will be happy to make the adjustments. In all cases please advise us immediately as we will always do everything within our power to assist and provide the required outcome.
What happens if my order is delivered damaged?
We take great care in packing our items, please advise us immendiately and take a photo of the item in its delivery packaging. Our couriers are very particular with the care of our flowers and gifts.
If it is delivered by Australia Post again, advise us immediately with a follow up photo. We will then contact you regarding a replacement item.
Can I purchase loose flowers as I love doing my own arrangements
We are happy to organize Fresh Cut flowers for you to arrange.
